Creative Mindfulness-Summer 2014

A 12 Week mini-course designed to open you to the idea of mindfulness and intention setting.  

Each week a short writing meant to expand your awareness of living a life of mindful awareness is coupled with a creative exercise highlighting a specific weekly intention.  Video lessons and pictures are included with each weeks creative exercise.
